Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. -
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. -
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Hold Requests
Customers may request that orders be held and combined with future purchases (“HOLD orders”). By selecting or requesting a HOLD, you agree to the terms below. -
Storage Duration
We may hold orders for a limited period at our discretion. We reserve the right to require shipment of held items at any time. -
Customer Responsibility to Ship
It is the customer’s responsibility to request shipment of held orders within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forced shipment charges or cancellation of the HOLD status. -
Liability While Held
While items are being held, we will take reasonable care in storing them; however, we are not liable for loss, damage, or degradation of items during the hold period. -
Combined Shipping
When multiple orders are held and shipped together, they may be consolidated into one shipment. Shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Carrier Issues
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We may assist at our discretion but are not responsible for carrier-related issues. -
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows a package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or misdelivery after confirmation of delivery.
